On February 18, Bu Lan, Deputy Secretary of the Baiyun District Party Committee and District Mayor, presided over the first coordination meeting of the Jarwin Project in Baiyun District for 2021, as well as the eighth coordination meeting of the Jarwin Project Task Force. Zhao Rongwu, Deputy District Mayor, and Huang Feng, Executive Deputy Director of the District Industrial Park Office, also attended.

During the meeting, the leaders from relevant district departments and the heads of the project companies provided updates on the recent progress of the project. They discussed challenges and issues encountered during the project’s advancement and made arrangements for the next steps.

The meeting emphasized that the Jarwin Project Task Force should thoroughly review every aspect of project construction and business operations, swiftly implement measures, and push forward aggressively to ensure a strong start in the first quarter. The timeline should be adjusted backward, with a focus on implementation and coordinated advancement to accelerate the project’s progress. A precise understanding of the companies’ needs is essential, and the role of project specialists should be fully utilized to actively assist in resolving issues such as the processing of necessary formalities. Real-time coordination should be strengthened to provide strong support for both project construction and business operations.

The meeting also required relevant departments to closely monitor the key difficulties faced by the companies, enhance communication and coordination, and provide strong support services to ensure stable workforce and production capacity. Efforts should be intensified to coordinate the elements of funding, land, formalities, labor, and gas supply to ensure smooth production and operations, with a steady increase in output.

Departments should work closely together, forming a united effort to solve problems for the companies. At the same time, the companies are expected to fully support and cooperate with various efforts and contribute to the economic and social development of Baiyun District.
